Junior Faculty Development Awards & Senior Faculty Research and Scholarly Leaves

Now accepting applications for the Junior Faculty Development Awards for 2023. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 14, 2022.

The Provost’s Office accepts applications each fall for Junior Faculty Development awards funded by IBM and R.J. Reynolds Industries Inc., and for competitive Senior Faculty Research and Scholarly Leaves funded by Kenan, Pogue, William R. Kenan, Jr., William N. Reynolds, and R.J. Reynolds Industries, Inc.

Junior Faculty Development Awards for 2023

  • Applications are now being accepted for the Junior Faculty Development Awards for Calendar Year 2023.  The deadline to apply is Friday, October 14, 2022.

Senior Faculty Research and Scholarly Leaves

  • Applications are now being accepted for the Senior Faculty Research and Scholarly Leaves Awards for Calendar Year 2023-2024.  The deadline to apply is Monday November 7, 2022.
  • Senior Faculty Research and Scholarly Leaves are to be taken during Fall Semester 2023, Spring Semester 2024, or Academic Year 2023-2024.
